Why me? How can I have a positive influence in my surroundings? This course trains future Team and Small Group Leaders, and encourages you to trust God for greater things.

| Pre-Requisite: | This course is for members who have attended the prior steps of the Development Path, and who are actively involved in a small group or a ministry in the church. |
